Jinda Machinery adopts the investment precision casting method, the principle of investment casting originated from the incineration method in the middle and late Shang Dynasty in China, and the wax casting technology was further developed in the Spring and Autumn Warring States period, and this method has been used in bronze casting in ancient China. Jinda Machinery perfectly integrates traditional process technology and modern technology and technology into an automated casting production line with an annual output of 5,000 tons of precision castings and supporting complete sets of water recycling and air purification equipment.
Jinda Machinery's automated casting production line adopts IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) series resonant induction heating power supply device, which has the characteristics of constant power output, fast melting speed, energy saving, environmental protection, and no high harmonic interference. The dimensional accuracy of the castings produced is generally up to CT4-6; the surface roughness is generally up to Ra.1.6~3.2μm, and the processing allowance is small; the consistency of the castings is good; and various complex castings can be cast.
The use of investment casting technology not only has high casting quality, but also reduces the labor intensity of employees and improves production efficiency.
